Any body out there who knows the English name for persian flower "Gole Yakh"?

This is a deciduous shrub that flowers during winter small yellow-white colour flowers with wonderful smell

Any body out there who knows the English name for persian flower "Gole Yakh"?
If it is what I think it is, I've heard it called a Persian Ice Flower.

Reply:I have been searching since you posted this question, for 4 Hours, and cannot locate a translation of Gole Yakh, therefore I must surrender. I had at first through this may be the "Ice Flower Shrub", but after researching that, I found it doesn't fit your description.
